Clinic draftingskills

Skills that turn your clinic's knowledge and test data into finished documents: return-to-sport reports, evidence briefs, CPD reflections and handouts, in your clinic's voice. We test them on sample requests against your clinic's rules, trace every miss and fix the cause.

What's planned

Set up, then proven

Works on its own with your existing documents, and best alongside a Second Brain, because the skills draft from it.

Claude, set up for your team

We recommend Claude Team, so your material isn't used to train models and you control who has access.

3 skills in your voice

Chosen from the list below, or built around how you work, each following your clinic's rules.

A test set for your documents

Sample requests your team really gets, like an ankle sprain handout for a 15-year-old, checked against your rules: tone, reading level, required sections and cited sources. Run before and after, so you can see what changed.

1 training session, 30 days' support

Your team learns to use the skills, then £85 an hour if you need more help later.

The process

How the testing works

  1. Write the test

Sample requests your team really gets, and the rules a good draft must follow.

  2. Run a baseline

See how often the drafts follow your rules before the skills are tuned.

  3. Trace each miss

Find why a draft broke a rule: a missing source, an unclear instruction, the wrong template.

  4. Fix the cause

Change the skill or the source behind it, not just one draft.

  5. Re-run and compare

Score again, so you can see whether it actually improved.

Choose your skills

Six we recommend for clinics

Clinics will pick three. These suit most physio, S&C and rehab clinics, and we can build others around how you work.

Return-to-sport test report

Turns test results, like a hop battery or a force plate export, into a report: limb symmetry, results against your clinic's criteria, flags and next steps. Works on anonymised results, so no patient details go in.

Evidence brief and protocol check

Answers "what does the evidence say?" from your clinic's library, with sources. Or checks one of your protocols against current research and flags the gaps.

CPD reflection writer

Turns notes from a course, paper or case into a structured reflection, ready for an HCPC or BASRaT CPD audit.

Reference and claim checker

Checks a handout, blog or presentation: every citation matches the reference list, nothing is missing or unused, and each claim says what the source actually says.

Less-AI design check

Reviews your handouts, slides and social graphics for the tells that make them look AI-made, and fixes them, so they look like your clinic made them.

Literature search

Turns a clinical question into a search of PubMed, Europe PMC and other open research databases, then lists the best studies first with links. Every paper it cites is one it actually found.

Examples from our own work

Skills we've built

Programmes

Programme builder

Asks the intake questions before writing anything, then lays sessions out in a set client template.

  1. What's the main goal for the next block?
  2. What's your training history?
  3. Any injuries or pain right now?
  4. How many days a week, and how long per session?
  5. What equipment can you use?
Clinic

Exercise library rules

Naming, tags in a fixed order, and a three-line coaching cue for every exercise. Checks stop two exercises getting the same cue.

Testing

Testing workbooks

Testing-day sheets plus a benchmark file that builds a squad dataset, with percentile bands for IMTP, squat jump and Yo-Yo IR1.

Schools

Report writer

Drafts student reports at 90–100 words in a positive tone, with the word count shown. Names are never included.

Research

Paper finder

Finds DOIs and free PDFs for a reference list, shows a dry run first, then adds them to the Second Brain.
