Exercise bank &naming framework

Your exercise library, named and tagged one way. Every clinician finds the same exercise, every patient gets the same instructions, and new exercises get added the same way.

Try the framework

One naming rule for every exercise

The same rules built a 977-exercise bank for a physiotherapy clinic's patient app. Change the options and watch the name and tags follow.

Muscle values are illustrative. The real bank holds 977 exercises built to these rules.

    What you get

    Your bank, ready to use

    The bank

    Adapted to your clinic

We start from our 977-exercise bank and adapt it to the way your clinic works.

    • Exercise names in one consistent format
    • Tags for movement, equipment, muscles and type, always in the same order
    • Your own categories and terms where they differ from ours
    File

    Ready to import

A spreadsheet laid out for the exercise app or software you already use, so it goes straight in.

    Framework

    The naming rules

A short written guide so your team names and tags new exercises the same way after handover.

    Price

    From £950

Covers the naming framework and 8 core sections: squat, hinge, step up, lunge, push, pull, machine, and trunk and carry. Extra sections, such as Olympic lifts, jump and land, return to play or rehab, are £60 each, or take the full bank of 15 sections for £1,250.

    Support

    30 days

Questions and small fixes for 30 days after handover, then £85 an hour if you need more.

    How it works

From your library to one system

    1. Look at what you have

Your current exercise list, the app you use, and the names and categories your team already relies on.

    2. Adapt the bank

We match our bank to your terms and fill the gaps, so every exercise follows the same rules.

    3. Import and hand over

You get the import file and the naming guide, and we check the first exercises land correctly in your app.

    Want your exercise library sorted?

Tell us which app or software you use and roughly how many exercises you have, and we'll suggest the scope.
