This is a micro demo of a Second Brain. Each dot is a page written from a paper, textbook or lecture, and each line is a link between two pages. Bigger dots have more links.
A paper is downloaded into a "To be ingested" folder. Type "ingest", and Claude reads it and writes a wiki page with the key figures. The original PDF is archived next to it, so the page can always be checked.
Watch it appear in the graph, linked to the 14 pages that already cover the same ideas. That's what turns a folder of PDFs into something a question can travel through.
Dots with a white ring in the graph are open to read. Select one.
This is how it gets used. Ask a question, and the AI starts at the closest page, then follows its links to the others it needs. The answer is built only from those pages.
A Claude skill checks the work against the sources that went in. Before an answer is used, each key figure is matched to the original paper. Anything it can't find is flagged rather than stated as fact.
The third was caught in November 2026 and corrected on every page it had been copied to.
Behind it sits a set of rules, folders and skills that keep it accurate and easy to grow. This is what gets set up for you.
